Confidence is an essential ingredient and a key characteristic of successful athletes. Confidence levels influence how an athlete thinks, feels and behaves, impacting the choices they make and the goals they set. Low levels of confidence can see them judge situations as outside of their ability and so they avoid them. High levels of confidence can help athletes stay calm and relaxed under pressure, focus on what needs to be done and set challenging goals for themselves.
Work with Isobel over 12 one-hour zoom sessions to develop your confidence so that you can execute your physical, psychological and perceptual skills to the best of your ability.
