A head full of fears has no space for dreams.

Competitive sport can eilict a huge number of emotions; some helpful, some not so much. To achieve something big we need to risk big. And risk is scary. Opening ourselves up to failure, to the judgement of others and to the chance of disappointment is daunting. However, if we want to do well we have to leave our comfort zones. We need to understand our fears so we can put some strategies in place to help us stretch outside of our comfort zones.

Enter the ‘Overcoming Fear’ program. Isobel will work closely with you over 12 one-hour zoom sessions to develop strategies and go through exercises that will enable you to develop a performance approach mindset. With this mindset, you will think about how you perform well, rather than a performance avoidance mindset where the aim is to avoid mistakes.
